The mural and banners will be located on the contemporary left side of the building.

The artist(s) chosen for this project will design and paint a 15' x 15' mural on prepared aluminum panels, as well as create four complimenting  3’ x 14’ designs to be printed on vinyl banners, creating a cohesive public art installation that will be prominently displayed on the front of the building.

Three finalists will be chosen by the project’s Selection Committee and will each receive a $300 honorarium for a design proposal for the mural and banner designs. Each finalist will be interviewed by the Selection Committee to review their designs.
